How do I get started with Tider?
Sign up for a free trial, add your venue details and courts, configure your operating hours, and you're ready to accept bookings. The setup wizard will guide you through each step.
Can I import my existing bookings?
Yes. Tider supports CSV import for existing bookings and member lists. You can also use our API to integrate with your current system during the transition period.
What payment methods are supported?
Tider supports credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), MobilePay, Swish, and Vipps through our Stripe integration. You can also enable invoice payments for member accounts.
How does the cancellation policy work?
You can set custom cancellation policies per facility — for example, free cancellation up to 24 hours before, 50% refund up to 12 hours, and no refund after that. These are fully configurable.
Is Tider available in multiple languages?
Yes. Tider currently supports English, Norwegian, Danish, Swedish, and German. The booking interface automatically adapts to your visitors' preferred language.
Can I embed the booking widget on my own website?
Absolutely. Tider offers a white-label embed widget that you can add to any website with a single script tag. It's fully customizable to match your brand colors and style.
